We at BEATPRINT strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. All complaints must be made in 24 hours of the delivery. The complains are accepted only via customer care info email.

There is no option to return or refund orders as the goods are customized according to your specific needs and designs, and are non-usable by anyone else. However, if at all there is a Manufacturing defect complete assistance would be given to you for correcting the same. The re-printing of damaged product will be initiated once the damaged products are returned to us in unused state. For any other queries, all you need is to drop an email at info@beatprint.com.
